Our story

Eastern Creek Pioneers Netball Club pride ourselves on being a small, humble, and community orientated netball club located in Eastern Creek, training at Morreau Reserve. We are dedicated to promoting participation, development, and excellence in netball. We provide inclusive opportunities for players, coaches, umpires, and volunteers across all ages and skill levels.

We are incredibly proud of all our members' achievements and contributions. 

 

Congratulations to our 2025 under 15s Div 3 team on their undefeated feat in the 'Blacktown City Netball Association' gala day, as well as becoming the minor premieres and winning the the grand final.

 

Congratulations to club registrar Kasie Cornish on achieving the 'Linda Eagleton NetSetGo Umpiring Award' from Blacktown City Netball Association in 2025

Club Awards

Eastern Creek Pioneers Club Awards for 2025:

  • Congratulations to club Umpire Convenor Skye Steward for achieving the 'Nana Milton Award', the Nana Milton award can be awarded to anyone who is a part of the club (player, parent, volunteer and committee member) that has gone above and beyond to help the club.
  • Congratulations to Nicole Sultana who was award in her first year of coaching Eastern Creek Pioneers 'Coach of the Year Award', this award goes to the coach who has shown great dedication to the improvement and development of all players throughout the season.
  • Congratulations to Eastern Creek Pioneers under 9's team in 2025 who achieved 'Team of the Year Award', this award goes to the team who has made strong development together as a team and great sportsmanship throughout the season.
  • Eastern Creek Pioneers 'Up & Coming Junior Award' was awarded to Annabelle Rigby under 11's, this award goes to a junior player that shows great netball potential and significant improvement throughout the season.

Netball helps members stay physically active and healthy. Eastern Creek Pioneers Netball Club offers structured training and games, which boosts fitness, coordination and overall wellbeing.

By joining Eastern Creek Pioneers, members can register to compete in organised competitions, via the Blacktown City Netball Association, giving players the chance to play regularly, improve, and enjoy structured seasons. Being part of a grassroots netball club like Eastern Creek Pioneers offers: personal growth in playing ability and in daily life, creates supportive environment and develops social skills and self-esteem, fun and rewarding milestone acheivements and can create a sense of contribution towards the community.
