Eastern Creek Pioneers Netball Club appreciates the value of educated and experienced coaches, and new aspiring coaches, whether this be casually for fun or to begin their journey through the pathways.

Our club provides all coaches with a kitbag of basic training equipment, including access to shared equipment, game ball, two game day patches, player ID cards, and their own first aid kit. We provide support throughout the season for all coaches and expect all coaches to adhere to the Netball NSW Code of Behaviour

EC Pioneers encourages all coaches to register to the Netball Australia Netball Learning Centre to access and complete some of the educational, informative, and supportive courses provided. EC Pioneers require all coaches to have completed at minimum the Foundation Accreditation Course, along with the Rules of Netball Theory Exam, and the Safeguarding Children and Young People modules.
